Booking form: first name, last name, email, phone number, chosen service, preferred date and time.

Contact form: name, email, message.

Léa AI chat, currently disabled: when active, messages are transmitted to our AI providers (Google and Groq) to generate responses. They are not stored permanently by M&A Nail Design.

Photo advice (Try-On): if you send a photo of your nails, it is transmitted to Google LLC (Gemini) for as long as it takes to generate the recommendation. M&A Nail Design does not keep it and does not reuse it; the processing carried out by Google is governed by its own privacy policy. The photo is optional: a description alone is enough.

Care reminders by email

Your email address, first name and the date of your last appointment are kept so we can occasionally send you a care reminder for your set.

Legal basis: legitimate interest, under the exception for existing customers contacted about services similar to those already provided.

Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also write to designnail469@gmail.com to be removed from the list.

This data is kept until you ask for its deletion.

Retention

Booking data: 3 years from your last appointment.

Contact messages: 1 year.

Léa conversations: not stored by us (feature currently disabled).

Photos sent to the Try-On advice feature: not stored by us.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising tracking cookies or third-party analytics (no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel).

Strictly necessary technical cookies may be set.

Data sharing

Your data is never sold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

AI providers (Google LLC and Groq Inc.): when the Léa chat is active, messages sent to it pass through their servers to generate responses. As Léa is disabled, Groq currently receives no data. See their respective privacy policies.

Google LLC (Gemini): the photo and description you send to the Try-On advice feature pass through its servers, outside the European Union, for as long as it takes to produce the recommendation.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, and port your personal data.

Security
